MEET JASMINE CHANDLER
Jasmine N. Chandler is the founder of Chandler Advocacy. She represents clients in initial disability claims and complex post-entitlement issues, such as continuing disability reviews and overpayments. Prior to starting Chandler Advocacy in early 2025, Jasmine spent more than 14 years working for the Social Security Administration. She served in several positions in Cleveland, Ohio field offices and as the Northern Ohio Area Work Incentives Coordinator, before accepting a position as a Program Analyst with the agency’s headquarters. During her time at SSA, Jasmine earned several awards, including two Commissioner Citations, for her expertise and dedication to public service.

Community Commitment
Jasmine is active in her community. In addition to educating individuals with disabilities and seniors about Social Security benefits, she currently serves on the alumni advisory board of the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University. She recently completed board service with Girls on the Run Northeast Ohio. In May 2025, Jasmine was recognized as part of the Black Professionals Charitable Foundation’s 2025 40 Under 40 cohort.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Fee Information
Unlike some firms, I do not charge a fee for initial disability claims unless I win your claim. My fee is always approved by the Social Security Administration and in accordance with the rules for attorneys in the state of Alabama. I charge a representation fee for most post entitlement issues (i.e. work continuing disability reviews, overpayments, etc.). If you are not receiving benefits or applying for them, you will be charged a consultation fee for times spent providing general information.
