Social Security Disability Income (SSDI)

Paid to disabled individuals who have enough recent work to qualify at the time their disability began

Disabled Adult Child/Childhood Disability Benefits

Paid to individuals who were disabled before age 22, have had limited work history, and are unmarried based on the earnings of a parent (or other guardian in very limited situations)

Supplemental Security Income (SSI)

Paid to disabled adults and children with limited income and resources

Disabled Widow(er)’s Benefits

Paid to disabled widows and widowers between ages 50 and 60 who were disabled within a specific time period after their spouse’s passing

For contingency fee cases—such as disability claims adjudicated at the Appeals Council level or below—fees are limited to 25% of the past-due benefits payable to the primary beneficiary and any eligible auxiliaries, subject to the maximum fee cap set by the Commissioner of Social Security (currently $9,200).

Additional costs related to your case (e.g., obtaining medical records) may be billed separately.
